Service expiration, where applicable, is calculated from the moment payment clears. All power levels displayed on the website are expected and not guaranteed. You may encounter a reduction in power during periods of high network usage; because power is expected but not guaranteed, our response to complaints regarding power issues may vary.
Certain networks or specific targets may be blacklisted, and this status may be enforced with or without a specific reason. Please be aware that a blacklist status is not subject to change.
